t h e   p e r s o n Michelle Goodwine is a Montana Native, raised in Livingston, MT. She graduated from Park High and attended Carroll College in Helena and later transferred to Montana State University where she majored in Biology. After college, she immediately got involved with business by managing a local insurance agency. Soon thereafter, she got her real estate license and hung her shingle with Maverick Realty - a small local firm of high repute. After 8 years of phenomenal success in the real estate industry, Michelle purchased the business from its broker and merged her office into the prestigious Coldwell Banker Franchise. The establishment has expanded to a large, sunny office with high ceilings and tasteful artwork - with 5 brokers, 4 sales associates, a concierge department, and a full-scale property management division, Coldwell Banker Maverick Realty currently dominates the residential market in Livingston. Over the years Michelle has earned her CRS, CRB, ABR, and GRI designations. She is past president of both the Montana Association of REALTORS® and the Park County Board of REALTORS®. She currently holds the office of president of the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce. Michelle is a recipient of the Presidents Circle award, Million Dollar Producer award, and her office maintains a Premier Office standing in the Coldwell Banker Franchise. She is actively involved in her church and the community at multiple levels.
